About the role as Senior Program Manager

You will step into a key role as Program Manager to run enterprise application transformation programs and projects. Your focus will be on ensuring stable delivery, strong stakeholder alignment, and outcome realization.

Who we are 
We are a specialized consulting company working with large-scale enterprise IT transformation programs. Our expertise spans complex digital transformations, application refactoring, cloud migrations, and organizational change initiatives for major Danish enterprises. We are expanding and looking for a strong Program Manager to help lead one of our enterprise application transformation programs.

You will work closely with: 

• Executive stakeholders 

• Delivery teams (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall) 

• Solution architects and technical leads 

• Change management and communication teams

The program covers: 

• Enterprise software transformation (ERP, CRM, Web, Microservices) 

• Refactoring and modernizing legacy applications 

• Organizational change initiatives 

 

How you will make a meaningful contribution 

• Lead the day-to-day execution of the program plan (scope, timeline, budget, quality) 

• Manage internal and external stakeholders across business and IT 

• Coordinate multiple delivery teams and vendors 

• Mitigate risks, solve conflicts, and maintain momentum 

• Provide clear reporting to steering committees and executive sponsors 

• Secure seamless transition from program mode to operational ownership 

You will get a thorough and supportive onboarding process to set you up for success. Once you’re fully settled, you will take the lead in driving the program forward, ensuring it is completed profitably and on schedule.

• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale programs (>10M DKK budget, >5 teams) 

• Strong in both Waterfall and Agile delivery models 

• Skilled in program planning, governance, and stakeholder management 

• Confident managing cross-functional IT and business initiatives 

• Sharp communicator who can build trust and drive results 

• Comfortable with enterprise systems landscapes (ERP, CRM, CMS, custom apps) 

• Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented 

• We are only interested in candidates who hold a residence permit in Denmark and can work in a hybrid model near Aarhus 

 

Must-have skills 

• Program Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, or SAFe SPC is a big plus) 

• Familiarity with Agile at Scale (SAFe 6.0, LeSS, or similar frameworks) 

• Tools: Jira/Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Miro 

• Fluency in English (Danish is a bonus)
