Who we are

LINNFOSS Consulting is a Danish consulting company focused on enterprise transformation, program leadership, and structured delivery. We come from real-life work in large and demanding environments where business processes, enterprise applications, digital platforms, data, architecture, testing, rollout, and organisational change all have to move together. We typically work where important delivery structures already exist, but do not yet create enough clarity, traction, or control.

  • Implement the operating model in live delivery

  • Stabilise execution and improve what is not working

  • Handover into line ownership or scale to further initiatives
     

This allows us to support clients both when the model is missing and when it already exists but is not working in practice..

How we work

1. Delivery Model

We use phase-based transformation logic to move from ambiguity to controlled execution.

 

2. Methods and Assets

Business case canvases, feature framing, stage-gated delivery, RASCI models, PMO controls, dependency management, and structured deliverables across business, process, solution, and program levels.

 

3. Transformation Patterns

We apply transformation patterns such as Refine, Refactor, Replatform, Rebuild, Retire, and Enable to avoid governing fundamentally different change types as if they were the same.

Where useful, we break complex refinement work into smaller standardised building blocks to improve quality, consistency, and manageability.
